Gloria's Surprise 80th Birthday Party at Drury Lane in Oak Brook Terrace

The gift of life is always one to celebrate no matter how young or old. In March, Paul Michaels Events had the special privilege to help celebrate Gloria’s 80th birthday! What made this even more special was that it was all a surprised, excellently planned by Gloria’s daughter Connie. It all started with the guest of honored being astonished at the door with 100 of her loved ones singing “Happy Birthday”. From the moment she walked through the door every joyous emotion overcame her. So much so that DJ Brian played one of her favorite songs to give the people a taste of her best moves. After some more camaraderie and a wonderful dinner, the dance party continued all night long. With a mix of songs spanning the eras of classic rock all all the way to modern rock, DJ Brian made it made it a music night to remember, keeping the energy alive and well for everyone on the dance floor. Gloria was a perfect reminder to us all that age is only a number. Thanks to her, Paul Michael Events remains happily optimistic that all future events will be fun and momentous as this one.
