Program description

Paul Michaels Events DJ Company (Paul Michaels Events, LLC) offers a text messaging program for customer care related to your event. Messages include responses to your inquiries, event planning and coordination, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow-ups about quotes, contracts, and event details. This is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional text-message consent box on our online inquiry form at paulmichaelsevents.com. Consent is given only for the phone number you provide. You may also begin a conversation with us by texting our business number first; replying in that thread is treated as customer-care messaging about your inquiry or event.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You are never required to agree to text messaging to request a quote, sign a contract, or purchase any service from us.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your inquiry and event activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier is responsible for any charges.

Opt out at any time

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and we will not text that number again unless you opt back in.
