Kelly Siddhesh's Lively Wedding at Westin Chicago Northwest in Itasca, Illinois

This past weekend could not have been a better time for a wedding. We had the pleasure of providing Kelly and Siddhesh’s wedding with our renowned wedding DJ services. The day led us to the Westin Chicago Northwest, located in Itasca. For this beautiful occasion, we provided our wedding elite package, along with our ceremony services, photo booth services, and some LED foam sticks as an added bonus to the evening.

In the background of the ceremony site, there was a beautiful pond for Kelly and Siddhesh to say their vows. The picturesque sights were made all the more special with the sound of their vows to each other, which were full of their past 9 years of love accumulated. As they made their matrimony official with a kiss, the excitement and applause for our bride and groom was nearly deafening. 

Following this beautiful ceremony, we headed over to the cocktail hour, which was positioned directly behind the ceremony site. As guests mingled and celebrated, we played a well curated blend of music consisting of today’s hits, some classic oldies, and some Indian favorites. Our playlist even had some of the guests dancing already! It was a joy to see such energy from the crowd so early in the evening. 

After cocktail hour, it was time to head inside the Westin’s tent to enjoy a fabulous dinner. Even though our crowd already showed their excitement during cocktail hour, the introductions of the bridal party and our newlyweds really sent the energy through the roof. “Happy” by Pharrell Williams filled the room as the bridal party made their way inside. Kelly and Siddhesh followed them to David Guetta’s “I’m Good (Blue)”. Shortly after gracing everyone with their presence, our couple shared their first dance to “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran. As guests enjoyed a lovely meal, Kelly’s father, maid & matron of honor, and Siddhesh’s best man shared some toasts that had the room both laugh and tear up. By this point, there was so much love felt in the room that the tent could’ve burst!

Kelly and Siddhesh welcomed their friends and family for being with them for such a special day, then each shared their special first dances with each of their parents. Finally, it was time to invite the whole room to join the couple on the dance floor, and people were more than ready to hop out of their seats. DJ Shannon made sure to keep the transition of music smooth and to match the energy of the crowd. He played both classic wedding hits, such as “September” by Earth, Wind and Fire, and some Indian hits that had the whole room buzzing. The crowd especially had a blast during the bouquet toss (serenaded with Gwen Stefani’s “Hollaback Girl”) and the anniversary dance. The dance floor was packed from the very start, up until the night ended with “Love Story” by Taylor Swift.

Kelly and Siddhesh had an incredibly wonderful wedding filled with amazing energy from their guests and all the love in the world. We can’t thank them enough for choosing Paul Michaels Events to be a part of their big day!
