• You reach out via email or phone so we can check availability for your date and match you with one of our amazing DJs.
• We’ll schedule a quick chat - over the phone, video call, or in person (if you’re in Chicago!) - to walk through your event details, our services, and confirmed pricing.
• After that, we hold your date for 1 week while you decide. No pressure, no retainer needed (yet).
• When you’re ready to book, we’ll send you a digital contract for you and your fiancé(e) to sign.
• You submit your 50% non-refundable retainer (we accept checks, credit card, Zelle, or QuickPay).
• Then we celebrate - and begin planning an epic wedding together.
